These are the neighborhoods I know best. Explore each one, then reach out and I'll help you find the one that fits your life.
Sweetgrass
A master-planned community across from LCCC, with trails, open space, and a variety of home styles.
The Avenues
One of Cheyenne's original neighborhoods, with tree-lined streets and historic homes close to downtown, Lions Park, and Frontier Park.
Western Hills
An established northwest Cheyenne neighborhood near F.E. Warren Air Force Base.
The Pointe
A master-planned community built mostly in the early 2000s, with single-family homes, townhomes, and private neighborhood parks.
Saddle Ridge
A newer master-planned neighborhood on Cheyenne's east side, with modern, move-in-ready homes about ten minutes from downtown.
Sun Valley
An established east Cheyenne neighborhood with raised-ranch and split-level homes, often at more approachable price points.
The Ranchettes
Country living just north of town, with homes on acreage, wide-open views, and room to spread out, all minutes from city amenities.
Fox Farm
A south Cheyenne area near LCCC with a mix of homes, a more relaxed semi-rural feel, and Cheyenne Greenway trails nearby.
