Cheyenne Neighborhoods

Living in The Avenues, Cheyenne, WY

Tree-lined streets, historic homes, and some of Cheyenne's favorite parks and landmarks just minutes away. The Avenues is one of the city's most established neighborhoods.

About the Neighborhood

Historic charm, close to everything

The Avenues is one of Cheyenne's original neighborhoods and part of the city's historic district. Its streets are lined with mature trees and older homes full of character, including many classic brick homes.

Location is a big part of the appeal. The Avenues sits close to historic downtown Cheyenne, the Wyoming State Capitol, and the Wyoming State Museum, and it's a short trip to Frontier Park, Lions Park, and the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens.

Why The Avenues

Avenues highlights

Lions Park & the Botanic Gardens

One of my favorite things to do is grab a latte and walk around Lions Park and the pond. The Cheyenne Botanic Gardens and walking and biking paths are nearby too.

Downtown & Landmarks

Close to historic downtown Cheyenne's restaurants and shops, the Wyoming State Capitol, and the Wyoming State Museum.

Near Frontier Park

Frontier Park, home of Cheyenne Frontier Days and the Old West Museum, is close by.

Homes with Character

Older homes, classic brick construction, and mature trees give the neighborhood a look you won't find in newer developments.

Thinking about The Avenues?

Historic homes here have their own character and quirks. I'd love to help you explore what's available and find the right fit.
