Cheyenne Neighborhoods
Living in Sweetgrass, Cheyenne, WY
Sweetgrass is one of Cheyenne's newest communities, designed to blend city convenience with wide-open Wyoming living. It sits right across the street from Laramie County Community College, with trails, open space, and room to roam.
About the Community
Rooted in Wyoming ranch heritage
Sweetgrass is a master-planned community of about 2,350 acres in Cheyenne. The land was ranched by the Lummis family for more than 100 years, and the community was planned to protect the rolling hills, shortgrass prairie, and open views that define this part of Wyoming.
The plan includes a wide variety of home sizes and types, from single-family homes to condos and apartments, with as many homes as possible placed along greenbelts and natural areas.
